- Cleaning materials carried – cleaning agents, mops, buckets, garbage bags, scrubbing brush, dusters
- Cleaning team – 1 cleaner for a small kitchen and 2 for a bigger kitchen
- No mechanized cleaning (no use of machines)

- 1 hour per kitchen
